Can I Create an Account with Let's Get a Gift?
Absolutely. Simply click on the Account button at the top of the page and follow the instructions

Do I have to create an account to shop at Let's Get a Gift?
Not if you don't want to! We'd love you to create an account though so you can keep up to date with the latest products.  It will also make your checkout experience alot quicker.

Can I cancel my account?
Of course you can! Just fire us an email and let us know and we will sort it for you.

Can I change my Personal Details?
Yep, you can.  Visit 'My Account' and follow the link.



Do you store any of my payment details?
Absolutely not. Your payment details may be stored on your electronic device and the vendors in which you use (Visa, Mastercard, Google/Apple Pay etc) may ask you if you'd like your payment details saved, however, Let's Get A Gift will have no access to any of these details.

What if my payment is not accepted?
You must ensure that you have enough funds/credit to complete your purchase.  If your payment is not accepted or has 'bounced back', this will be a matter between yourself and your bank, vendor or/and creditor. If payment is not accepted, Lets Get a Gift will not be able to despatch your items, sorry.

How can I pay?
We accept a wide range of payment methods from a variety of different providers. For a full list of our partners, please see the bottom left of our website.  Alternatively, if you view the 'checkout' page, you will be shown a list of ways to pay.


Placing an Order

How do I place an order?
To place an order, add the items that you'd like to purchase to your cart/basket.  Please make sure that you have selected the correct quantity and product before proceeding to checkout.  Once you are ready to make your purchase, click on the icon at the top of the page and follow the instruction.

Do you offer Discounts?
We do offer discounts for members of the Emergency Services and Armed Forces.  If you fall in this category, please send us an email and we will send you a promotional code to use.  You may be asked to provide evidence of your status in order to qualify for the discount.  

Occasionally, we will also offer free delivery, a percentage off products etc.  These can be obtained by being part of our Mailing List.



What are my delivery options?
You will be told of the options at the Checkout.  These will range from Royal Mail and Courier deliveries depending on the size of order.

My product has arrived from Amazon - Why?
Our main method of sales is through Amazon's Marketplace.  Depending on stock levels, we may be able to get your order to you quickly by utilising our stock in the Amazon warehouse.  We will use this method where possible to ensure a quick delivery for our customer as stock coming directly from our website may take an extra few days.

Can I track my delivery?
If we have assigned tracking to your delivery, you will be notified of the tracking details.


Can I return my Order?
You can indeed so long as it is in line with our Returns Policy.  We do have some exceptions:


  • Made to order items, such as digital photos and photo gifts, food, alcohol gifts and flowers.
  • For hygiene reasons, all cosmetics and grooming products, certain jewellery (for example pierced earrings).
  • Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed.
  • Any product with a security seal cannot be returned if the seal is removed.
  • Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

    When will the return be credited to my account?


    Please allow 2 working days to receive a refund for returns made to Lets Get a Gift and 14 days for returns made by courier or post.

    If you have a valid e-mail address registered to your account, we’ll send confirmation of the return being processed.


    It can take 1-2 working days for refunds to be processed by PayPal. If you paid by PayPal and haven’t received a refund please contact PayPal directly.


    If you used a gift card to pay for all or part of your order, a new gift card will be issued to you via post loaded with the amount you are owed for your return.

    If you have made an order and paid for it with both credit/debit card and a gift card or eVoucher, we will first refund the amount of any returns to your credit/debit card.

    Please allow 7-17 working days for a new gift card to be delivered.
